Steering Committee Update – Leadership Pillar Work Summary and Draft Shared Huntington County Vision

On September 5, Ed Vessels presented the attached summary of our various Leadership Pillar meetings throughout the summer, to the HCHI Steering Committee.
The Steering Committee affirmed the good work of our team, asked some insightful questions and encouraged us to continue to work with the other Pillars to complete the assessment phase and align key opportunities.
The next major step of the full HCHI process is the “Opportunity Retreat” being planned for November when all Pillar members are invited to participate in a joint Pillar session. Plans are to have the joint session professionally facilitated to help our combined teams identify the top opportunities forHuntingtonCountyand our next steps.
